2818498 - Error status “03” Failed in the SFIOM_QRY_ADM table - SuccessFactors Business Suite

After the execution of the program RH_SFIOM_ORG_OBJ_REPL_QUERY, the SFIOM_QRY_ADM table displays a status of "03" Failed status.

• Replicating Organizational Objects from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM
• Replicating Organizational Data from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM

In some cases, the SuccessFactors OData metadata cache is not refreshed properly. This can occur after you do changes the MDF or EC configuration under Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions or Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration.

This KBA is documenting one of the possible root causes of the issue.

Monitor the errors in the SFIOM_QRY_ADM, if you see the error "03" Failed in the status tab, please try executing the OData Metadata Refresh according to the KBA 2171588 - OData API Metadata Refresh and Export - SuccessFactors

If this still does not solve the issue, please check in the SRTUTIL / SLG1 / Boomi or CPI relevant error logs of the replication that caused this issue.

In case you still do not find the issue reviewing the above logs, please report one case to the LOD-SF-INT component with the SuccessFactors support user + ERP connections opened + middleware logs.
