2818513 - IBP: Supply Key Figures TRANSPORT/PRODUCTION do not show zeros (0) in the planning view

Symptom

You add the value zero (0) for the Key Figures ADJUSTEDTRANSPORT and ADJUSTEDPRODUCTION, and after you run a S&OP Operator (for example, Heuristics or Optimizer), the Key Figures TRANSPORT and PRODUCTION remain as empty/blank, instead of reflecting the value 0.
