2818531 - Links from PLM Applications launched via Fiori Launchpad do not open in Fiori Frame

Symptom

When using PLM applications such as Display Engineering Record, links to other Web Dynpro applications (e.g., under "You can also") do not open in the Fiori Launchpad. A new window opens with the Web Dynpro application opened directly, using the address of the system hosting the Web Dynpro. In a HUB environment, the links will open the Web Dynpro directly via the backend URL.
