Is it possible to make the field 'Phone' in Refer Friend to A Job not required?

It is possible to make that field not required. The field in the XML that is responsible for this information is the field cellPhone, and it comes from the Candidate Profile Template. Hence, it would be needed to perform one of the two actions below listed in order to have this attribute updated for this field.

It's important to keep in mind that that field, however, is one of the five fields that are always mandatory when creating a Candidate Profile.

To make this change, it's just needed to update the attribute 'Required' in the Candidate Profile Template. To do that, there are two options:

1. Change this information through Manage Templates feature
   NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration.

2. Change it through the Candidate Profile Template XML
   To perform this change in the XML, you might need enagement from Implementation Partner or SAP Professional Services in case you don't have access to Provisioning, as you will need to upload the XML back to the backend of the system.
