2818833 - Error in Time Type regarding Business Rule: This rule contains errors, which are highlighted in the rule details. Please correct them

• We have an issue in take rule which is assigned in time type. Rule is no longer working fine. If we go to Manage Data > Time Type > check the Take Rule then we find an error saying: "This rule contains errors, which are highlighted in the rule details. Please correct them." And if we try to correct the rule with new end date then we are not able to find end date field in the rule. But if we try to create a new rule then we are able to see.

• While cancelling the Leave Error received: "You cannot change any fields when cancelling this employee time."

• We can use take rule only for raising error messages (doing validation).
• We don't use take rule for setting field values.
• Take rule should only be used to raise messages - Error/Warning/Info. It is not recommended to use take rules to set employee time field values. The same has been documented here: Time Type

• End date value can be modified via validation rule in EmployeeTime object. 
• You can use onChange rules to autopopulate values, e.g. calculating the end date field. However the "Requesting" field is an internal field which is always calculated
