• How to remove CorrespondenceCode from emails sent to candidates using the message center?
• Is it possible to remove CorrespondenceCode from emails in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Candidate Application.  
2. Navigate to the Correspondence portlet.  
3. The received email will include a CorrespondenceCode at the end and text stating "For successful processing of your response, do not delete the CorrespondenceCode and other content in this email." 

The CorrespondenceCode and accompanying text are system-generated and cannot be removed.

1. Ensure the email body contains the following information:  
      a. ~~~~~ line  
      b. CorrespondenceCode  
      c. Attachment information line  
2. The CorrespondenceCode and text "For successful processing of your response, do not delete the CorrespondenceCode and other content in this email." cannot be removed as they are system-generated.  
3. When candidates reply to the email, ensure the content and subject are not removed to allow the email to appear in the message center.
