• Manager A sees time data of the employees (i.e. cancellation of leave requests) in Managing My Area work center, even though the approval options are not maintained in the activity Time Types - <Country Name> Maintain Approval Options in Business Configuration work center.

• You as Manager B don't see the time data of your employees in the same work center.

Log in as Manager A:

1. Go to Managing My Area work center
2. Click on Approvals view
3. Select Open Tasks
4. Note: Manager A sees the cancellation of leave requests.

Log in as Manager B:

1. Go to Managing My Area work centre
2. Click on Approvals view
3. Select Open Tasks
4. Note: Manager B doesn't see the cancellation of leave requests.

As a manager to see time data of your employees, you need to have time data access from at least one work center that allows access to time data. This access can be set to unrestricted or restricted read/write access.

• Manager A sees the approval requests in Managing My Area work center, because this manager has either restricted or unrestricted access to Managing My Area Time Administration work center.

• You as Manager B doesn't see the approval requests in Managing My Area work center, because you don't have the correct access to read time data.

You will need to have access to Management My Area Time Administration work center. The access can be either restricted or unrestricted.
