2819144 - Inactive users are not shown in the Assignment Profile

When trying to include inactive users in an assignment profile, these users are not present in the Preview file.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Click on Existing User in Assignment Profile, when on the AP screen from admin side

       OR

1. When on the Assignment Profile screen from admin side, click on Manage Rules
2. Preview Users in the Assignment Profile

This is an Expected behavior.

Inactive users cannot be added to assignment profiles.

If the user(s) becomes active and meets the Assignment Profile rules, the user will become part of the Assignment Profile once it is synchronized.
