2819144 - Inactive Users are Not Shown in the Assignment Profile - Learning

Learning (LMS) admin is trying to include inactive user in an Assignment Profile

Learning (LMS) admin is checking the preview users in assignment profile and is not able to see inactive users listed

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Click on Existing User in Assignment Profile, when on the AP screen from admin side

       OR

1. When on the Assignment Profile screen from admin side, click on Manage Rules
2. Preview Users in the Assignment Profile

This is an Expected behavior.

If the user(s) becomes active and meet the Assignment Profile rules, the user will become part of the users in the Assignment Profile once it is synchronized
