Generate Document button missing for Inactive employees and Contingent Worker.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Employee files.
  2. Search for any Inactive employee or Contingent Worker.
  3. Click on Take Action and you will notice that the 'Generate Document' button is missing.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior. This is also the expected behavior to Print Form feature, it's not possible generate it through `Take Action` for Inactive employees,

For Inactive employees and Contingent Worker, kindly use the 'Generate Document' page and tick the "Include Inactive Users" for Inactive user search when generating documents.
