2819175 - RFC Lookup Channel Messages are failing after SPS update

• You have completed a Support Package Stack (SPS) update, in a Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system. 
• Or possibly this could happen after any major system operational change e.g upgrade, system copy etc
• You have PI interfaces which use Communication Channel Lookups, in this case an RFC Lookup
• The interface which is using an RFC Lookup fails with errors similar to below:
