SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to: Manage Data
2. Create New: Hire Date Correction
3. Populate Correction Name
4. Populate Employee
5. Populate New hire date
6. Click: Save

Invalid option ID value for a picklist field.

1. Go to employee Job Information and others HRIS Elements such as: Personal Information, Address, etc.
2. Check the field values specially for picklist fields.
3. Identify if value are showed incorrectly like instead of label is showing a number (option id)
4. Edit and select a valid value and save job information.
5. Proceed with Hire Date Correction
