Symptom
There is an issue with job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP, which affects the system relationship registration to SAP for service booking. Meanwhile, on the SAP Support Portal system data page, there are no Monitored Systems listed under SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
