Symptom

  • Print Smartform or SAPScriptwhich uses font CNSONG.
  • Print fullwidth comma(U+FF0C).
  • Print with device type SWINCF or SWINCFC and Front-end access method F/G.
  • If an user client PC is windows 10,the Fullwidth comma can't be printed correctly.
