2819814 - First Implementation Project In Production System has Status Tested, but System Is Still In Pre-Production

Symptom

You are unable to close the First Implementation project. Error: Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled. In addition you might notice that:

You are unable to go live, although you have completed all required project tasks and milestones.
The First Implementation project in production system has status Tested and that the activities Confirm Go Live and Close Project are grayed out and closed.
You are unable to move forward to the check list or the confirmation. You are unable to create a change project.
You get the following warning: "Implementation project not yet live".

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Business Configuration work center
Click on Implementation Projects
Select First Implementation project
Click on Open Activity List
Search for Go Live
Hover over the icon next to Confirm Go Live activity
Note: Status of the activity is Closed.
Search for Close project
Hover over the icon next to Close Project activity
Note: Status of the activity is Closed.

Cause

This issue is caused by inconsistent data. For example, due to a temporary deletion, Confirm Go Live and Close Project activities were incorrectly closed some time ago, or the activity Confirm Go Live were selected ahead of time.

Resolution

Please open an incident so that we can perform a backend correction which will change the status of the two activities Confirm Go Live and Close Project from 3 (Closed) to 1 (Open).
