2819942 - System does not recognize the 31st day of the month using Deferral Method 2

You have a contract with a time-based POB. The start date of this POB is 31st and the deferral method is 2.

According to the documentation below, if the start date of a POB is 31st, it should always have 1 day for the first period in the revenue schedule.
