2819966 - Responsible On Related Items Facet Of Activities Refers To Activity Processor/ Sales Employee

Symptom

You notice that the Responsible on the Related Items facet of an activity is not the activities' owner.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Activities work centre.
  2. Go to the Tasks view.
  3. Open any task.
  4. Open the Related Items facet.
  5. Click New.
  6. Enter an owner ABC and a processor DEF (ABC and DEF represent the names).
  7. You notice, that the column 'Responsible' is filled with the processor's name.

Cause

The column 'Responsible' refers to the Processor or Sales Employee (respectively).

In the German login, Verantwortlicher refers to Bearbeiter in this case.

Resolution

This is the expected system behaviour.

You have the option to change the column label via Adaptation (recommended) or to edit it via Language Adaptation.
