2820110 - Dyntext Error: 'Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style'

Symptom

You observe that the Dynamic Text Sizing is not working for labels and when you check temporary generation files, there are the following Warning messages:

W619 Dynamic text sizing not executed.
W619 Dyntext Error: 'Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style' paragraph format is not supported
W619 Dyntext Error: Dyntext Parser returned error code 12
