2820211 - Call SAP GUI for Windows failed from SAP Business Client

There are 3 symptoms for this scenario:

• Got MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump
  
  Category ABAP Programming Error
  Runtime Errors MESSAGE_TYPE_X
  ABAP Program CL_GUI_CFW====================CP
  Application Component BC-FES-GUI
  

  |Information on where terminated |
  | The termination occurred in ABAP program or include |
  | "CL_GUI_CFW====================CP", in "FLUSH". The |
  | main program was "SAPMSSY4".

• Got blank screen.
  
• Got "SAP GUI has closed the communication channel. All sessions are lost. Apply note 520688" error.
  
  

For the latest scenario when the issue is reproduced directly in SAP GUI, it will end in a crash.

Also from the SAP GUI trace, you may see below error log information.
