2820481 - Canceled future record show in Job Information audit report

You have created a future record for Job Information, and it triggers a workflow. The workflow was canceled however the future record shows in a Job Information audit report.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Create a Future record under Job Information for an employee
2. Once the workflow is triggered, proxy as the the approver and then reject the request
3. Execute a Job Information audit report and check that the future record is present in the report

In the current system behavior the record is written in the database table related to the employee information audit, but not in database table related to the UI.

This is an expected behavior. Once the database related to the UI does not have the record it does not show in the UI, but as the record is saved in the table related to the audit it shows in the audit report.
