2820500 - Reports cannot be opened in server root folder in EPM Add-in

Symptom

  • Reports cannot be opened from Server Root Folder in EPM Add-in: when trying to open a report, nothing happens.
  • In the EPM Add-in trace file, there is the message:
    "An error occurred while trying to open workbook "C:\Users\USER_NAME\OneDrive\Documents\PC_NW\USER_NAME\TempLocalXLClient\ENVIRONMENT\MODEL\eEXCEL\REPORTS\Report.xlsx": System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A03EC): Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC"
