2820513 - Error: Value XXX Is Missing in YYY Restore Value Before Finish Scoping

You are unable to scope a scoping question and the system requests to restore values.

Example:

You want to scope  'Would you like to use a sales assistant that proposes activities that you have to do in a certain phase of your opportunity?'. When finishing scoping at step 5, an error occurs.

Error message: Value XXX is missing in Sales Cycle Phase. Restore value before finish scoping.

Example:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Click Implementation Projects view
3. Select the current implementation project
4. Click on Edit Project Scope
5. Go to Step 4
6. Expand Sales
7. Expand New Business
8. Click on Opportunities
9. Go to Section Sales Methodology
10. Scope question 'Would you like to use a sales assistant that proposes activities that you have to do in a certain phase of your opportunity?'
11. Click on Next
12. Click on Finish
13. Error During Finish Project. Currently unable to finalize these scope changes; some of your decisions would cause inconsistencies in your fine-tuning settings or the productive data. If error messages are displayed, resolve them before you proceed.

In the given example, either one of the values or all values 001 - 006 are missing in the activity Sales Cycles and Phases.

Please follow below steps to restore the values for the given example:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Click on Overview view
3. Search for Sales Cycles and Phases
4. Open the activity
5. Click on Maintain Sales Cycles
6. Click on Restore Defaults
7. The restore option will show values from 001 to 006
8. Select the entries
9. Click on Restore Defaults
10. Click on Save

Now you should be able to scope the question.
