2820523 - Inactivation of Communication With Concur

You have already set the status of Communication system 'CONCUR' to Obsolete but you notice that the communication between 2 systems is still running.

The relevant Communication Arrangements for this integration are created automatically by the system when the Business Configuration settings are scoped and cannot be edited manually. Same applies to the replication job, which is scheduled based on the Business Configuration settings. The status of the Communication System is currently not considered.

The integration to SAP Concur can only be activated and deactivated via the Business Configuration options which control the replication of cost objects, employee data and the fetching of expense reports. 
To deactivate the integration, please create a new change project in Business Configuration work center and descope the relevant settings. After merging the project and activating the solution capabilities, the replication jobs should be stopped and the Concur integration work centers should no longer be visible.

However, in case you only need to temporarily disable automatic replication cron jobs and you do not wish to change the Business Configuration settings for certain reasons, you can try to change the address of the Communication System to an invalid URL instead. In that case, the replication jobs would still be triggered on a daily basis but would abort with an error in the "Establish Connection with Target System" step and would not replicate any data (which is more or less the same what would happen when the system would consider the obsolete status of the Communication System).
