When using the Matrix Grid Reports (Performance-Potential and How vs What) Live Slides, the Talent Flag icons not the Placement labels are not displayed for users in the cell:

Cause
It is not possible to display Talent Icons or Placement labels for users directly in the cells on Matrix Grid Reports Live Slides. Live Slides are designed to show concise data from users, keeping a clean view and good loading performance.
Resolution
It is possible to add the Talent Flag icons to the Presentations Talent Card, in the section "Talent Information":
