2820554 - BOBJ ACTool error for Script 16 - Install and run SLD Data Supplier FAILURE

Symptom

  • During ACTool execution the following error is displayed in the overrall result:
Script 16. Tomcat Wiki Step 5 (BI 4.0 Note 1653689 Step 6.2) - Install and run SLD Data Supplier            FAILURE
  • In the ACTool log the following error is present:
console output:[INFO] Waiting for Tomcat to extract the war file...(600/600 seconds waited)
console output:[ERROR] Can't find sldDataSupplier.properties.template in folder /usr/sap/<SID>/sap_bobj/tomcat/webapps/sap.com~TomcatSLDDataSupplierWEB/sldDataSupplier.properties.template,due to big workload on starting tomcat.
Try to restart Tomcat service and wait tomcat to finish extracting war file,then re-execute this script again.
