2820624 - After 'alter database upgrade' in IQ16.1 SP04, detected different 'log GUID' between database identity and database definition -- SAP IQ

To apply SP04 from SAP IQ 16.1 SP03 PL02, customer tried to upgrade on test IQ server. DBA ran into upgrade failure and test DB wasn't started. The test DB is encrypted and enabled PITR function. Below is traced summary.

To recover the test DB, conducted couple of following trials, but server wouldn't bring up too

  - Try to start without Transaction log => fail to start
  - Used '-iqfrec' but still failed with same error => fail to start

(* This problem is investigation to know if it's production problem or customer environment issue.)
