Workflow error: An agent could not be determined (rule xxx)
There was an error in the workflow definition Workflow for Purchase Order. The manager of user SAP_WFRT could not be determined. Workflow item ID . Click on this text to navigate to the app ‘Work Items with Application Errors’

Cause
The Fiori Notification (Error Message) gets displayed only for the users who are maintained as Workflow Administrators in the Responsible Management (Manage Teams and Responsibilities App).
This issue is occurring during simulation of the workflow.
Resolution
Kindly ignore the Notifications which don't have a Purchase Order Number in the Text of the Notification. This will not impact the approval for the PO.
We are planning to correct this issue in future release.
