When Benefits Auto enrollment Job runs system is not creating enrollment for Insurance Benefit set as Manual Enrollment Type

1. Set Insurance Benefit Enrollment Type as Manual
2. Run  Benefits Auto enrollment Job
3. Execution Manager triggers the following warning message: Some users were not processed because the new enrollment through job run is not allowed when the enrollment type is set to "Manual"
4. Benefit Enrollment is not created for Insurance

Expected system behavior. In case the Enrollment Type is manual, the job performs only the premium recalculations.

In case the Enrollment Type is manual, the job performs only the premium recalculations. For automatic enrollment types, the job creates the enrollment record. For both automatic and manual enrollment type, the job will only update the premium amount. The job will not update any additional information pertaining to changes in the benefit.
