2820966 - Unable to Audit Which Operators Accessed or Viewed a Job Requisition Without Making Changes - Recruiting

Symptom

  • Is it possible to determine which operators or recruiters accessed, opened, or viewed specific Job Requisitions and/or candidate information?
  • Is it possible to identify users who only viewed the Job Requisition or candidate details without making any updates or modifications?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

Resolution

Currently, if an operator has valid access permissions and only views or accesses a Job Requisition or candidate information without making any changes, the system does not record this activity in a way that can be audited through standard reports or audit tools.

Audit logs and reports generally capture actions involving data changes, such as:

  • Candidate status updates
  • Modifications to Job Requisition information
  • Changes to candidate data
  • Field value changes

If no changes are performed, there is currently no available audit or reporting mechanism that can identify which operators accessed or viewed the Job Requisition.
