Is it possible to find out which Job Requisitions an operator/recruiter accessed/clicked and checked the information and/or candidates inside it?

If the operator has properly access and didn't make any changes upon the Job Requisition information and for example, changed any candidate status or information, it won't be possible to find out by any audit or report, which can show who were the operators that had accessed the Job Requisition.
