• Agentry Application like Work Manager or Inventory Manager or other custom application
• Example: We upgraded this SMP sever 3.0 to SP17 and have some failures on transmitting with an Agentry application like SAP Work Manager
• When we synchronize our devices to get the work orders to execute, everything is going well. We get all the informations needed
• But when we synchronize back to register informations from the field in our backend, it fails
