2821057 - After upgrading, ASE immediately started receiving errors including 644, 11068 and infected messages - SAP ASE

After doing a minor upgrade, the proxy_db starting having issues, there are several different examples of errors  received immediately after the upgrade progress:

example 1:

Error: 644, Severity: 21, State: 5
Index row entry for data row id (1049, 35) is missing from index page 1705 of index id 2 of table 'syscolumns' in database 'proxy_db'. Xactid is (854486,7). Drop and re-create the index.

Error: 11068, Severity: 20, State: 1
Transaction was found in the incorrect state of 'Command-attached'. The expected state was 'Done command-attached'.
