2821066 - Workflow for Sales Document is not working as expected

Workflow for sales document is not triggered as expected.

The issue happens because the workflow definition is based on a previous version.

You may check if it is the case:

Go to app Manage Workflows, select the respective workflow from the list, then the workflow's name will be listed.

Choose the respective workflow and check if there is a message as shown below:

For each each workflow name listed, follow the steps below:

1. Select the workflow and click "Copy". 
2. Delete the workflow (not the copied one, the other that was copied from).
3. Rename the workflow to the original name.
