When Mapping the Question fields to the Additional Questions fields for Trabajando job board in Recruiting Posting, all the questions will be mapped to the same field.

1. In Recruiting Posting, select Settings tab
2. Click on Manage rules for job posting fields
3. in Additional Question fields for Trabajando job board, click on Field Mapping
4. Select Questions field
5. Click on Save
6. Post a job to Trabajando job board
7. You will see all questions in the same field

This is expected behavior from the system.

Although we can set several questions to a Job Requisition, all of them will be stored in only one field.

For this reason, when mapping this field to Recruiting Posting you will see all questions in the same field.

There are two possible workarounds:

• Edit manually the values for Additional Question fields in Recruiting Posting interface
• Create a custom field in the job requisition for each question and map them to each Additional Question field for Trabajando Job Board
