2821100 - Freight Order is Missing Duration Values and Does Not Match the Distance Values of the FU

Symptom

  • In SAP Transportation Management, a Default Route is maintained with a Duration and Distance value
  • A Freight Unit is created using the Default Route and contains correct distance and duration values
  • When the Freight Unit is assigned to a Freight Order, the Freight Order's stages tab will show an incorrect Distance value and no Net Duration
