2821367 - Variable Pay - Forecast Bonus radio buttons are grayed out

• Unable to select the radio buttons under forecast bonus in Variable Pay Plan?
• Why are options "Use Current Guidelines and Ratings" and "Previous year's data (select plan template)" grayed out and not selectable?

Go to:

1. Variable Pay Plan
2. Plan Setup
3. Forecast Bonus - Forecast Bonus
4. Try to select the radio buttons for "Use Current Guidelines and Ratings" and "Previous year's data (select plan template)"

• Configuration Issue

The radio buttons will be grayed out for the following reasons:

1. "Use Current Guidelines and Ratings": This will be grayed out if you do not have guidelines configured in the plan template
2. "Previous year's data (select plan template)": This will be grayed out if you are using assignment based rating in the template settings under rating configuration

To correct this you will need to re-evalutate your template configuration and adjust to include guidelines and not to use ABR.
