Symptom
When importing a resume document via Mass Upload Resume functionality, the system displays an error message saying the upload failed due to some missing information, even though all required information were provided in the file.
Error: " A mandatory field (XXX - Field Label- XXX) is missing. " This field can be any field that the resume is not able to identitfy.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting, Candidates tab
- Add Candidate dropdown, Mass Upload Resume
- Provide the batch name and the Country
- Upload the file and the error message will show up
Cause
If the missing information is indeed available inside the document, it means that the system wasn't able to identify the information and make the connection with the respective field.
Resolution
Make sure that the values has no special characters or formatting text.
It is also known the Resume Parsing functionality may not parse all the resume as expected, There are about 4% resumes that fail with the resume parser with the formatting.
The workaround here would be to manually create the candidate for those failed resumes.
