2821520 - Error at the phase "SYIDUP_CHECK/APPLY_SYSINFO_CHK" in SUM during CISI procedure

Symptom

In the process of Correcting the Installed Software Information(CISI), while running SUM it stops at the phase "SYIDUP_CHECK/APPLY_SYSINFO_CHK" with the below error message(consider component POASBC 100_731 as an example here):
