2821555 - Available Balance is incorrect is you have future dated absence requests

You have noticed that when you have future dated absence request and you are trying to create a new absence request the value displayed under the field "Available Balance" is not correct.

1. Go to one Employee ESS Time Off Page and see that this employee has future dated absences:

2. See that the balance appears with the incorrect value:

 Expected Behavior

The "Available Balance" field is displayed based on the Start Date of the UI, this means that if you select a start date which starts after your future absence then the Available Balance will be updated.
