Hana upgrade fails during single DB to MDC conversion with following error message:
Configuration of multitenant database containers failed
Cannot convert the system to multitenant database containers
Switching to user id 1000 and group id 79.
Starting external program /usr/sap/<SID>/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil
Command line is: /usr/sap/<SID>/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil -convertToMultiDB --systemReplication --phaseConvert
Output line 1: nameserver hanaprd2:30001 not responding.
Output line 2: Failed read topology from primary
Output line 3: failed.
Program terminated with exit code 1
Switching back to root user.
