- Breakdown Validation Rules of National ID of Chile
- Chile National ID allows the character k to be the 9th 'digit'
- Using Valid RUN/RUT Chile National ID number, error is being thrown:
Please enter a valid National ID of this type: RUN

Reproducing the Issue
- In the Tools search field, type Add New Employee
- Proceed to add identitiy information for employee
- When entering National ID information for Chile National ID > Error is thrown:
Cause
- This is caused due to the National ID Format configuration defined in BCUI National ID - Chile > Regular Expression (which can be configured to adhere to any format you have chosen), not having both UpperCase and Lowercase Kk(s) configured.
- Example: [\d]{2}\.[\d]{3}\.[\d]{3}-[0-9, K] does not have lower case as apart of the format configuration
Resolution
Add Both uppercase and lowercases Kk(s) to the format configuration for Chile National ID in BCUI:
