2822049 - RAT-CI fails with Signal 11 in _MSOCSProdMsgSetup() - SAP ASE & SRS

• ASE Rep Agent Thread (RAT) in CI mode fails with an "infected with Signal 11" error in the module _MSOCSProdMsgSetup() with a stack trace:

Current process (0x0) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x00007f304c766ad5 (_MSOCSProdMsgSetup+0x3b), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0x00000000000004b8)

• There are different ways this error is reported and some varities may cause ASE to shutdown
