Time Account Type with Unit="Hours" have the following changes made in 1908:

1. When adding manual adjustment, there is a new radio button group to switch between hh:mm and decimal input mode. hh:mm is set by default

   2. There are two input fields visible at all times. Only one of them is enabled dependent on the selected input method. This is necessary to keep the structure of the UI

   3. Switching the input mode disables the previously used field and clears the content

    4. The hh:mm input is a free input with validations. It accepts a maximum of 9999 hours for the hours part and 59 minutes for the minute part
