2822257 - Deployment of UDDI component fails during upgrade using SUM

SUM tool stops in DEPLOY-COMPONENTS or DEPLOY-SHADOW-INSTANCE phase with following error for UDDI package,

• Log file: \SUM\sdt\log\SUM\DEPLOY-COMPONENTS_XX.LOG or DEPLOY-SHADOW-INSTANCE_XX.LOG

NOTE: There could be change in UDDI package name depending upon SP included in the stack file for upgrade.

Important:

1, If the following error is visible in the default trace: java.net.MalformedURLException: Illegal character found in host: '/' , then apply the solution of the current KBA. 

2, If the below error is present then apply the solution from KBA 2953651 - Deployment of UDDI component fails during SUM upgrade - SOLMAN - AS JAVA

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid version number: Version number may be
negative or greater than 255
