Symptom
When copying an Item, the following error is generated:

Caused by: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [7]: feature not supported:
Cannot create tables at the location without volume id such as standby indexserver: sc02hdblb005:30403

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to Learning > Item > Search
- Select the Item you wish to copy and open
- Within the Action menu, select Copy
- Remove the flag from 'Auto Generate'
- Populate the Item ID Field with the new Item ID
- Click Copy
- Error is generated
Cause
Most likely there is a problem with a database procedure which is the root cause of the error.
Resolution
Please create a new case with CS as the procedure which is causing the error will need to be dropped and re-created in order to resolve. This will be done in conjunction with the relevant Database team.
