2822324 - Data incorrectly canceled in App Import Financial Plan Data

You import data with App Import Financial Plan Data. After uploading the csv file, it's showing message: 
Your plan data import will cancel X existing plan items. (X is not zero)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The third line of the template defines the plan data scope of the source file flagged by an X. For any combination of the values of these characteristics, the plan data from the source file will overwrite the existing plan data.

You should not change or delete the third line of the template. You should input plan data from the fourth line.
