2822474 - After a complete retirement, the asset value does not equal 0, or further posting is not possible

Symptom

  • After a complete retirement, the asset value does not equal 0. During the posting of the valuation created for the asset retirement, the accounting document for the asset postings contains 2 asset posting line items (posting key 70 and 75) instead of 1 line item (posting key 75).

*OR*

  • After complete retirement asset acquisition posting is not possible. The following error appears when trying to post: AA303 - You cannot post to this asset (Asset XXXXXXXXXXXXX deactivated)
