2822530 - Communication Error when selecting User

When attempting to click on any User in the User Search the following error message appears:

"A communication error has occurred. Please log in again."

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. On Learning Admin side go to User
2. Search for users
3. Select any individual user
4. Receive error message

There is a overridden configuration on Customer's environment: CompensationHierarchy.enabled=

The CompensationHierarchy.enabled= feature is no longer supported by the system and needs to be deleted.

Please follow the steps below to delete it:

1. Go to System Admin >
2. Configuration >
3. Module Tab >
4. AdvanceStudent >
5. Search for: CompensationHierarchy.enabled=
6. Delete the configuration line
7. Apply changes
