During the execution of the S/4 HANA Readiness Check, the job TMW_RC_DVM_DATA_COLL fails creating the following ST22 Dump:

What happened?                                                                                    

    The transformation cannot be carried out because the XML source                               

    document cannot be parsed. 

Information on where terminated                                                                   

    The termination occurred in ABAP program "SAPLTMW_CTS_SWITCHES", in                           

     "TMW_RC_COLLECT_DVM_DATA". The main program                                                  

    was "RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA".                                                                                                                                                             

    In the source code, the termination point is in line 163 of (Include)                         

    program "LTMW_CTS_SWITCHESU16".                                                               

    Program "SAPLTMW_CTS_SWITCHES" was started as a background job.
