In the SAP Help Guide: Onboarding and Offboarding API a note is mentioned where "It possible to configure in Onboarding Settings, a list of email-addresses who would receive as email, error messages that indicating the failure of this method."

The key "Integration.ErrorMessageRecipient" is enabled in Onboarding back end and can be initially added by Implementation Partner(s) and Consultant(s). After this is added initially, the only way to edit the recipient is to contact SAP Support.

To add or edit the key, please reach out to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support in SAP One Support Launchpad via SAP Expert Chat or Support Incident. In addition, follow the template when creating an incident and provide the needed information below.
