Report Canvas tab is not available in Report Center even though all permissions are provided.

• Login to the Instance
• Go to Reporting and launch report center
• Click on New
• 'Report Canvas' tab is missing although all the necessary permissions are provided.

The first thing needed to be checked is how BizX is being controlled, through Analytics role or RBP.

If Functional and Operation permission is ON under Admin Center > Reporting & Analytics > Manage Workforce Analytics , then BizX is controlled from RBP, else Analytics role. 

If BizX is controlled from the Analytics role, then the users must be having "Report Consumer" or "End User" as their role, so they are not able to see Report Canvas tab.

If BizX is controlled from RBP, under Analytics permissions, the user is missing the permission : "Report - Canvas Designer Admin" under the role assigned to that user.

If BizX is controlled from Analytics role, then the users should be having "Implementation Partner" or "Report Admin" as their role, so that they are able to see the report canvas tab.  The analytics role of the user having "Report Consumer" or "End User" as their role needs to be changed.

Steps to change the Analytics role of an user:

1. Proxy to any user having Implementation Partner / Report Admin role
2. Go to Report center and create/ edit any report of type report canvas
3. Go to "Admin" on top right corner.
4. Go to User Maintenance > Select user > edit user
5. Change the role id as required
6. Save Changes.

Share Canvas reports with user having analytics role: "End User" or "Report Consumer" and they will see Report Canvas tab.

If BizX is controlled from RBP, under Analytics permissions, the users should be given the permission : "Report - Canvas Designer Admin" under the role assigned to that user.
