2822598 - Report Canvas tab missing in Report Center despite all necessary permissions

Report Canvas tab is not visible in Report Center despite all necessary permissions being granted.

1. Log in to the instance.  
2. Navigate to Reporting and launch a report.  
3. Click on New.  
4. Observe that the 'Report Canvas' tab is missing, even though all necessary permissions are provided.

• BizX control settings need to be verified to determine if it is managed through Analytics role or RBP.  
• If Functional and Operation permission is enabled under Admin Center > Reporting & Analytics > Manage Workforce Analytics, BizX is controlled from RBP. Otherwise, it is controlled by the Analytics role.  
• If BizX is controlled by the Analytics role, users with "Report Consumer" or "End User" roles cannot access the Report Canvas tab.  
• If BizX is controlled by RBP, the user may lack the "Report - Canvas Designer Admin" permission under their assigned role.

1. If BizX is controlled by Analytics role, ensure users have the "Implementation Partner" or "Report Admin" role to access the Report Canvas tab.  
2. Update the analytics role of users with "Report Consumer" or "End User" roles to "Implementation Partner" or "Report Admin".  
3. To change the Analytics role of a user:  
   a. Login as a user with the "Implementation Partner" or "Report Admin" role.  
   b. Navigate to Report Center and create or edit any report of type Report Canvas.  
   c. Click "Admin" on the top-right corner.  
   d. Go to User Maintenance > Select user > Edit user.  
   e. Update the role ID as required.  
   f. Save changes.  
4. Users with the analytics role "End User" or "Report Consumer" will now see the Report Canvas tab.  
5. If BizX is controlled by RBP, grant users the "Report - Canvas Designer Admin" permission under their assigned Analytics role.
