2822603 - Cannot create RFQ for service purchase requisition in Fiori - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

It is not possible to create RFQs with reference to service purchase requisitions (item category 'D') in Fiori because they do not appear in the Manage Purchase Requisitions/Process Purchase Requisitions app.

Also, there is no possibility to enter the PR number in the Manage RFQs app.
